Introduction

This statement is made by Tenex Business Performance Limited (“Tenex”) in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2026. It is published voluntarily in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and reflects our commitment to ethical business conduct.

Our business and supply chain

Tenex is a professional services business providing management consultancy to UK organisations. Our services are delivered by a small team of experienced professionals. We do not manufacture goods and we do not operate in sectors with complex or high-risk supply chains.

Our supply chain consists primarily of professional service providers — including accountancy, legal and technology services. These are typically UK-based firms operating in regulated environments.

Our commitment

Tenex has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labour, human trafficking, debt bondage and child labour. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

Due diligence and risk

Given the nature of our business and supply chain, we consider the risk of modern slavery occurring within our operations or immediate supply chain to be low. Nevertheless, we take the following steps:

• We work only with suppliers and service providers who demonstrate ethical business practices
• We conduct appropriate checks on individuals engaged in our business
• We encourage anyone with concerns about modern slavery — whether in our business or our supply chain — to raise them with us directly

Training and awareness

All individuals working with or for Tenex are made aware of this statement and of the importance of identifying and reporting any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.
